Ingredients  

Stinkin' Good Pulled Pork Burger

  • 4-4 oz fresh ground beef patties seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. smoked pulled pork
  • 8 oz. grated Mexican or pepper jack cheese
  • 8 oz. Stinkin' Good Green Chile
  • 1 cup salsa fresca see recipe
  • 4 toasted burger buns

Stinkin' Good Frito Pie Queso Burger

  • 4-8 oz fresh ground beef patties seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. grated colby/jack cheese
  • 12 oz. Stinkin Good Green Chile
  • 4 oz. Frito corn chips
  • 8 oz. Stinkin Good Queso
  • 4 toasted burger buns
  • A lot of Napkins!!

Instructions 

Stinkin' Good Pulled Pork Burger

  • Grill burgers to your desired temperature
  • Place on toasted bun
  • Top with 1 oz. grated cheese
  • Add 2 oz. of pulled pork to each burger
  • Top that with 1 more oz. of grated cheese
  • Smother with 2 oz. Stinkin' Good Green Chile
  • Top each burger with ¼ cup salsa fresca.
  • Add top bun
  • Chow Down!!

Stinkin' Good Frito Pie Queso Burger

  • Grill burger patties to desired temperature
  • Place on toasted bun
  • Add 2 oz. grated cheese on each patty
  • Smother each with 2 oz. heated Stinkin' Good Green Chile
  • Top with 1 oz. Frito corn chip
  • Drizzle 2 oz. heated Stinkin' Good Queso on each burger
  • Add top bun
  • Chow Down!!
