Stinkin Good Mini Pizzas

flour tortillas

container
Stinkin Good Green Chile (15oz.)

cups
cooked diced pulled pork, beef brisket or chicken
1
cup
grated jack cheese
1
cup
rated colby cheese (or mozzarella)
fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
sour cream

cup
vegetable oil
Instructions
preheat oven to 425 degrees
pour vegetable oil in 10" saute pan and heat to 350 degrees (medium high setting)
once oil is hot place one flour tortilla in oil and cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook another 2 minutes (tortilla should be golden brown)
remove and blot with paper towels to remove extra grease
repeat with 2nd tortilla
place tortillas on sheet pan (cover with foil for easy clean up)
evenly spread half container of Stinkin' Good Green Chile over tortilla, meat and cheese
Place in oven for 8 minutes (until cheese is melted and bubbling)
remove from oven, top with fresh chopped cilantro and a dollop of sour cream
cut, serve and Chow Down!
