Stinkin' Good Green Chile 7 Layer Dip
Use a 12” cast iron skillet to make this delish dip. Only needs 15-20 minutes in oven, grill or smoker until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling. YUM!

Stinkin' Good Green Chile 7 Layer Dip 2 packages of cream cheese room temp 1 pound smoked pulled pork feel free to substitute with ground beef or chicken 8 oz. Stinkin Good Green Chile 8 oz. Stinkin Good Queso 4 oz. Grated Mexican Cheese 4 oz. Grated Pepper Jack Cheese 1 cup Salsa Fresca Salsa Fresca 2 diced tomatoes 2-3 diced fresh jalapenos ½ diced yellow onion ¼ bunch chopped cilantro fresh squeezed juice of ½ lime Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients into a bowl and serve
Preheat oven, grill or smoker to 350 degrees
Spread room temperature cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a 12” cast iron skillet
Add evenly: pulled pork, Stinkin’ Good Green Chile, Stinkin’ Good Queso and both grated cheeses
Place in oven/grill/smoker for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling
Top with Salsa Fresca
