Ingredients  

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • Butter as needed
  • 16 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 4 Jalapenos cut in half and remove seeds and pulp
  • 1 pound sliced smoked beef brisket
  • 1 container of your favorite Stinkin' Good Green Chile hot pork is my favorite

Instructions 

  • Grill jalapenos halves until charred (2-3 minutes per side)
  • Butter one side of sourdough and place on skillet (medium heat)
  • Add 2 slices of pepper jack on to each slice of bread
  • Add 4 oz. of brisket and jalapenos onto 4 slices of bread
  • Place the other 4 sides of bread on to the top of the other 4 slices when the cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Cut in half
  • Serve with a side of Stinkin' Good Green Chile to dip into.
