frozen corn, thawed and drained if necessary (or substitute with fresh corn)

container
Stinkin' Good Green Chile
1 3/4
cups
shredded Queso Fresco
tortilla chips/crackers/bread
for serving
Instructions
preheat oven to 350°F
spray a 9-inch round pie dish cast iron pan with cooking spray; set aside
In a large bowl add corn and heated Green Chile and stir to combine
pour mixture into prepared pie dish, smoothing the top lightly with a spatula
evenly sprinkle Queso Fresco over the top
bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese has browned. Surface will be golden brown
serve immediately with tortilla chips, bread or your favorite dipper
