Shipping & Returns

Delivery Policy

We ship out orders every Monday. All orders are shipped frozen, in insulated coolers with dry ice and gel packs if necessary. For any issues related to incorrect items shipped, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of receipt by email at info@stinkingood.com. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the products and you will choose and pay for the shipping type (ground, 2 day, etc…) via Federal Express. We will not ship the product outside of the lower 48 states and we will also not ship your order if we are concerned that you will not receive it in a timely matter to avoid spoiled product. We will contact you if that is the case and we will give you a full refund, credit or delay shipping so that it does not spoil. In the case of product or supply shortages, we may not be able to ship your order until we are back in stock on that item, we will contact you if that is the case and let you decide on waiting to ship it or giving you a refund. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping that are due to the shipping company (Federal Express) from inclement weather, acts of god, labor shortages, equipment problems, etc. and we will not guarantee the product or cost of it and the shipping but we will try to resolve it and get a refund from them but they are not guarantying ANY shipments at this time. We are not responsible for wrong addresses given by you and will not ship to PO Boxes.

Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the items you’ve received please contact Customer Service (info@stinkingood.com) within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. If only a portion of the product was unsatisfactory, a partial refund or replacement may be issued. Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used with the original order and may take up to 10 days. We are not responsible for errors on ordering (wrong items, quantities, address, etc.) and info given to us that you provided.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

As long as your order has not shipped yet, you can contact us at info@stinkingood.com to cancel your order for a full refund.
