Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- Butter as needed
- 16 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 Jalapenos cut in half and remove seeds and pulp
- 1 pound sliced smoked beef brisket
- 1 container of your favorite Stinkin’ Good Green Chile hot pork is my favorite
Instructions
- Grill jalapenos halves until charred (2-3 minutes per side)
- Butter one side of sourdough and place on skillet (medium heat)
- Add 2 slices of pepper jack on to each slice of bread
- Add 4 oz. of brisket and jalapenos onto 4 slices of bread
- Place the other 4 sides of bread on to the top of the other 4 slices when the cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Cut in half
- Serve with a side of Stinkin’ Good Green Chile to dip into.
