Stinkin’ Good Queso Mac & Cheese
Gourmet Mac & Cheese with Queso? This is worlds away from that boxed orange stuff… Be sure to top it with Smoked Beef Brisket!

  • 1 package elbow noodles cooked according to instructions
  • 15 oz Stinkin' Good Queso (hot)
  • 2 cups grated Mexican cheese hot
  • 8 oz. Stinkin’ Good Green Chile optional
  • 6-8 slices cooked bacon diced
  • 1 pound diced beef brisket chicken or pulled pork
  • 1 cup salsa fresca see recipe


  • Cook noodles and drain
  • Place in pot or large skillet on medium heat
  • Add Stinkin' Good Queso, grated cheese and green chile
  • Stir until cheese has melted
  • Divide in serving bowls
  • Top with diced bacon, brisket (chicken or pork) and salsa fresca.
