  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 15 oz can black or pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Stinkin' Good Queso
  • 1/2 cup Stinkin' Good Green Chile
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup fresh jalapenos sliced
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 tbsp scallions chopped


  • wash and chop all fresh produce
  • heat up Chile and Queso so it's ready to pour
  • place tortilla chips in a single layer on to baking sheet
  • top with beans, Chile, Queso, tomatoes, scallions and cilantro
  • with tablespoon, disperse clumps of guacamole and sour cream
  • top off with fresh jalapenos
  • serve immediately
