Ingredients
- 1 bagel
- 1/2 cup Stinkin’ Good Green Chile
- 1 Egg
- 2 slices deli turkey chicken, or 2 slices of bacon
- 1 slice of smoked provolone cheese
- 1 T. cream cheese
Instructions
- Toast bagel while cooking egg in saute pan until yolk is hard.
- Spread cream cheese on bagel, put cheese, meat and egg on bagel, spread Stinkin’ Good Green Chile over top.
- Put bagel top on and eat with fork and knife (this really is messy if you use your hands to eat, but it is so good!)
- Enjoy!
