Ingredients
- 2 8" flour tortillas
- 1 container Stinkin Good Green Chile (15oz.)
- 2 cups cooked diced pulled pork, beef brisket or chicken
- 1 cup grated jack cheese
- 1 cup rated colby cheese (or mozzarella)
- fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
- sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- preheat oven to 425 degrees
- pour vegetable oil in 10" saute pan and heat to 350 degrees (medium high setting)
- once oil is hot place one flour tortilla in oil and cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook another 2 minutes (tortilla should be golden brown)
- remove and blot with paper towels to remove extra grease
- repeat with 2nd tortilla
- place tortillas on sheet pan (cover with foil for easy clean up)
- evenly spread half container of Stinkin' Good Green Chile over tortilla, meat and cheese
- Place in oven for 8 minutes (until cheese is melted and bubbling)
- remove from oven, top with fresh chopped cilantro and a dollop of sour cream
- cut, serve and Chow Down!
