Stinkin Good Mini Pizzas
This is not your typical pizza. Stinkin' Good Green Chile will help SPICE up your dinner time routine!

Ingredients  

  • 2 8" flour tortillas
  • 1 container Stinkin Good Green Chile (15oz.)
  • 2 cups cooked diced pulled pork, beef brisket or chicken
  • 1 cup grated jack cheese
  • 1 cup rated colby cheese (or mozzarella)
  • fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
  • sour cream 
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • pour vegetable oil in 10" saute pan and heat to 350 degrees (medium high setting)
  • once oil is hot place one flour tortilla in oil and cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook another 2 minutes (tortilla should be golden brown)
  •  remove and blot with paper towels to remove extra grease
  • repeat with 2nd tortilla
  • place tortillas on sheet pan (cover with foil for easy clean up)
  • evenly spread half container of Stinkin' Good Green Chile over tortilla, meat and cheese
  • Place in oven for 8 minutes (until cheese is melted and bubbling)
  • remove from oven, top with fresh chopped cilantro and a dollop of sour cream 
  • cut, serve and Chow Down!
