Green Chile and Colorado have quite the love affair (sorry, not sorry New Mexico!) We have our unique version of Green Chile that does not compare to any other state. Our recipe is the perfect blend of fire roasted green chiles, fresh pork or chicken, fresh garlic, onions and the quintessential seasonings that make it so delicious!

We think Stinkin’ Good Green Chile is the PERFECT FOOD!  You can eat it as a soup, a salsa or smother it on just about everything… even ice cream! Just vanilla though, any other flavor would be weird!

Don’t tell anyone but it’s also healthy! Go ahead and look at the label on our Green Chile, it’s simple, clean, low cal, low fat, gluten and dairy free too!
