Ingredients
Stinkin' Good Green Chile 7 Layer Dip
- 2 packages of cream cheese room temp
- 1 pound smoked pulled pork feel free to substitute with ground beef or chicken
- 8 oz. Stinkin Good Green Chile
- 8 oz. Stinkin Good Queso
- 4 oz. Grated Mexican Cheese
- 4 oz. Grated Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Salsa Fresca
Salsa Fresca
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 2-3 diced fresh jalapenos
- ½ diced yellow onion
- ¼ bunch chopped cilantro
- fresh squeezed juice of ½ lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl and serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven, grill or smoker to 350 degrees
- Spread room temperature cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a 12” cast iron skillet
- Add evenly: pulled pork, Stinkin’ Good Green Chile, Stinkin’ Good Queso and both grated cheeses
- Place in oven/grill/smoker for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling
- Top with Salsa Fresca
