Use a 12” cast iron skillet to make this delish dip. Only needs 15-20 minutes in oven, grill or smoker until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling. YUM!

Ingredients  

Stinkin' Good Green Chile 7 Layer Dip

  • 2 packages of cream cheese room temp
  • 1 pound smoked pulled pork feel free to substitute with ground beef or chicken
  • 8 oz. Stinkin Good Green Chile
  • 8 oz. Stinkin Good Queso
  • 4 oz. Grated Mexican Cheese
  • 4 oz. Grated Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa Fresca

Salsa Fresca

  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 2-3 diced fresh jalapenos
  • ½ diced yellow onion
  • ¼ bunch chopped cilantro
  • fresh squeezed juice of ½ lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients into a bowl and serve

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven, grill or smoker to 350 degrees
  • Spread room temperature cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a 12” cast iron skillet
  • Add evenly: pulled pork, Stinkin’ Good Green Chile, Stinkin’ Good Queso and both grated cheeses
  • Place in oven/grill/smoker for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling
  • Top with Salsa Fresca
  • ENJOY!!
