Ingredients
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 6 oz. Pulled Pork
- 3 oz. Stinkin Good Green Chile
- 2 oz. Fresh Grated Colby/Jack Cheese
- 1 tbsp. Mayo
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- Toast bun on flat top or in sauté pan
- Mix mayo with lime juice and cilantro
- Add mayo mixture
- Top with pulled pork
- Smother with Stinkin' Good Green Chile
- Add cheese
- Top with toasted bun
- Enjoy!
