Stinkin Good Totchos
A new spin on boring old nachos. This recipe will be sure to spice up your dinner, party or even just snack time! This recipe is easy to double if you are feeding more people, just use a bigger pan.

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 bag 16 oz. tater tots
  • 8 oz. Stinkin Good Green Chile
  • 8 oz. Stinkin Good Queso
  • 1 cup fresh grated Mexican or pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh pico (diced onion, jalapeno, tomato and chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
  • Cook tater tots in oven or air fry according to instructions on bag
  • remove from oven, put in round 10" pie dish and spread out evenly
  • pour heated Stinkin Good Green Chile and Queso over evenly
  • top with cheese grated cheese
  • cook in oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • Remove from oven, spread fresh pico over evenly and serve
